- Knowledge of electrochemistry
- Knowledge of polymer chemistry
- Knowledge of analytical methods such as XPS and SEM
- Strong leadership skills in managing innovation pipelines
- Strong leadership skills in developing teams
- Strong leadership skills in stakeholder management
- Knowledge in EU-Regulations (e.g. sustainability, recycling, GMP)
- Willingness to travel around 15-20%
