- Degree in Electrical Engineering or mechatronics
- 10+ years experience with automotive Battery Management Systems electronics at automotive Tier1 and/or Car OEMs
- Demonstrated leadership of technical teams supporting customers and partners
- Strong problem-solving capability with energetic and proactive approaches
- Independent work with strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Very good command of German and English language
- Mobility
- Valid residence and work permit for Germany or EU country
Aufgaben
- Lead Automotive BMS Application Engineering team
- Serve as technical bridge between customers and internal groups
- Grow and develop applications team
- Mentor and support team members
- Create and manage product collateral
- Develop EVBs, firmware, demo applications, user guides, data sheets, and technical documentation
- Conduct competitive benchmarking
- Provide comparison data to shape product roadmap
- Support marketing and sales efforts
- Identify and win business opportunities
- Hold regular meetings with Marketing, Sales, and FAEs
- Build and maintain trusted technical partnerships with customer teams
