Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or related technical field
- Hands-on experience as Data Engineer, building ETL and data ingestion pipelines
- Strong experience with Databricks, SQL, and Python, PySpark
- Experience with Snowplow for event tracking and analytics data collection
- Experience with dbt for data transformation is highly advantageous
- Exposure to PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DuckDB
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate and problem solve
- Interest in mentoring colleagues and contributing to data-driven culture
Aufgaben
- Design and build scalable ETL and data ingestion pipelines
- Maintain ETL and data ingestion pipelines using Databricks and PySpark
- Support the full lifecycle from development to deployment and optimization
- Configure and support Snowplow event tracking
- Ensure high-quality behavioral data for analytics and reporting
- Develop and maintain data transformation models using SQL and dbt
- Deliver trusted datasets for self-service analytics and business insights
- Collaborate with software engineers to understand data requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve data quality
- Support integrations across the data platform, including APIs and databases
- Monitor pipeline performance for continuous improvement
- Share best practices and mentor colleagues
- Explore new technologies to enhance data engineering capabilities
