Anforderungen
- Building trust with senior B2B customers
- Data and process analysis for retention and upsell
- Ownership and fast-paced work in startup environment
- Cross-functional collaboration and customer feedback implementation
- Clear communication, empathetic conflict resolution, calm under pressure
- Support climate impact and mission-driven work
- 2+ years Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation experience with senior B2B clients
- Track record in upselling and driving renewals
- Strong project management skills and data-savvy mindset
- Experience with technical products and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proactive, ownership-driven attitude and willingness to step outside comfort zone
- Fluency in German and English

- Contribute to internal CS tooling
- Develop internal CS documentation
- Create scalable CS processes
- Implement health monitoring flows
- Develop onboarding flows
- Work with software and sales teams
- Deliver exceptional service
- Surface critical feedback
