- Define customer growth and success standards
- Build onboarding flows and retention strategies
- Develop expansion frameworks and success metrics
- Identify upsell opportunities to reduce churn
- Advocate for customer needs to product teams
- Document successful processes to scale operations
- Onboard new customers to accelerate time-to-value
- Execute strategic retention and expansion campaigns
- Analyze usage patterns for risks and opportunities
- Create meaningful customer journey touchpoints
- Partner with Sales on land-and-expand initiatives
- Map customer use cases to establish trust
- Automate retention and upsell campaign workflows
- Manage a repeatable growth and success motion
- Guide product and go-to-market strategies
