- •B2B SaaS experience, consulting, operations, or VC
- •Comfort with ambiguity and process development
- •Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality
- •Focus on customer outcomes and metrics
- •Strong messaging skills in English and German
- •Willingness to work in Hamburg or Berlin
- •Experience in scaling startups (1-100 employees)

- •Manage a repeatable growth and success motion
- •Guide product and go-to-market strategies
