Anforderungen
- Degree in psychology, business administration, market research, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supporting and consulting B2B customers
- Experience in dynamic, interactive environments
- Commercial mindset
- Background in Market Research or experience with data/insights-driven solutions

- Native German skills and fluent in English

Aufgaben
- Serve as the primary contact for strategic customers
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships
- Understand and resolve complex business challenges
- Provide strategic guidance on leveraging consumer insights
- Prepare and conduct impactful client workshops and trainings
- Monitor customer activity and health scores
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Mitigate potential churn risks
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales
- Gather customer feedback and represent their voice internally
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Research, Marketing, and Sales
- Coach and guide junior Customer Success Managers
- Contribute to team development and best practices
