- Experience with cross-functional teams (Sales, Software, Product)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent conflict resolution skills

- Willingness to step outside comfort zone
- Fluency in German

- Empower clients to use the platform
- Engage clients with the platform
- Drive client expansion of platform use
- Lead relationship management
- Identify retention opportunities
- Work with software and sales teams
- Deliver exceptional service
- Surface critical feedback
- Build trust-based customer relationships
- Monitor account health
- Drive renewals and expansions
- Develop onboarding programs
- Provide proactive training
- Conduct onsite training when needed
- Create self-sufficient, happy users
- Gather customer insights and feedback
- Prioritize product improvements based on needs
- Contribute to internal CS tooling
- Develop internal documentation
- Create scalable CS processes
- Implement health monitoring
- Develop onboarding flows
