Anforderungen
- •Experience managing senior-level client relationships
- •3+ years of customer success experience
- •2+ years of sales or account management experience
- •Experience with APIs and customer integrations
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Knowledge of Spanish or French (beneficial)
- •Experience in Software/SaaS industry (preferred)
- •Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- •Drive to learn and curious mindset
- •Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
- •Team player and cultural contributor

- •Manage approximately 25 high-priority growth accounts
- •Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders
- •Conduct technical and commercial team conversations
- •Lead goal-oriented client onboarding processes
- •Drive product adoption through strategic positioning
- •Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- •Collaborate with Account Executives on pipelines
- •Educate customers on API and feature usage
- •Advocate for customer needs across internal teams
- •Troubleshoot and resolve product inquiries efficiently
- •Achieve quarterly adoption and retention targets
- •Partner with leadership to enhance offerings
- •Conduct strategic business reviews with data
- •Track customer details and future actions
