- Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market B2B clients
- Oversee the full lifecycle from onboarding to long-term success
- Drive value realization and product adoption
- Develop tailored strategies to support customer health and performance
- Analyze customer data and track key metrics
- Translate insights into actionable success plans and commercial opportunities
- Lead commercial discussions and identify upsell opportunities
- Drive value-focused strategies to grow account revenue and performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Share best practices and support continuous improvement within Client Success
