Anforderungen
- •2+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B SaaS role
- •Motivation to help partners succeed
- •Native or near-native English and professional German (C1+)
- •Ability to translate technical topics into business value
- •Analytical, resilient, and focused approach
- •Confidence in communicating with senior decision-makers
- •Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success metrics (plus)

- •Manage a portfolio of whitelabel partner accounts
- •Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- •Ensure partner KPIs and success metrics are met
- •Proactively manage account risks, renewals, and retention
- •Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities
- •Lead strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews
- •Define technical solutions and support partner onboarding
- •Coordinate across product, engineering, sales, and support teams
- •Track product adoption and value realization through data
- •Master each partner's business model and integration setup
