- •Conduct trainings and workshops for successful customer activation
- •Analyze data from customer interactions
- •Collaborate with the founding team to enhance customer service
- •Prepare business cases and presentations for C-level decision-makers
- •Identify product improvement opportunities based on customer needs
- •Create case studies and white papers on VoiceLine implementation
