- Build and nurture long-term relationships
- Understand customer business and technical needs
- Act as a strategic partner
- Serve as the main point of contact
- Orchestrate a seamless customer journey
- Manage onboarding and renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Advise assigned Evergreen//One, Flex, and CBS customers
- Establish expertise on the customer journey
- Own the post-sales service delivery relationship
- Lead strategic business reviews
- Manage the customer lifecycle
- Ensure high satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Bridge communication between customers and internal departments
- Define key metrics for success
- Establish processes and tools for customer growth
- Manage large and strategic accounts
