Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related role
- Knowledge of PLM & CAD solutions
- Strong understanding of PTC’s products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
- Experience working with industrial or manufacturing customers
- Professional certifications in customer success or related fields
Aufgaben
- Guide new customers through onboarding
- Conduct training sessions on product features
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Advocate for customer needs within PTC
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Review customer progress and provide insights
- Monitor customer health and identify potential issues
- Provide timely solutions to enhance customer experience
- Drive customer renewals and upsell opportunities
- Work with the sales team to expand customer accounts
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for trends
- Share insights with the product team for improvements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Prepare reports on customer health and satisfaction
