Aufgaben
- •Renew Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers in Germany
- •Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- •Identify and close up-sell opportunities
- •Develop successful relationships with direct customers for timely renewals
- •Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders
- •Ensure high customer satisfaction with PTC services
- •Maintain structured daily and weekly work to achieve renewal rates
- •Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets
- •Drive renewal sales processes and rigor
- •Accurately forecast and update data in Salesforce CRM
- •Manage customer queries related to renewals promptly and effectively
- •Conduct weekly forecast calls with internal management
- •Review renewal quotes for accuracy before submission
- •Support customer transitions to Subscription or Cloud from Perpetual licenses
- •Increase renewal value by upselling to existing accounts
- •Calculate renewal offers and manage mid-term contract changes
- •Prepare and send quotes to customers ensuring accurate booking
