Aufgaben
- Renew Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers in Germany
- Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Identify and close up-sell opportunities
- Develop successful relationships with direct customers for timely renewals
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with PTC services
- Maintain structured daily and weekly work to achieve renewal rates
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets
- Drive renewal sales processes and rigor
- Accurately forecast and update data in Salesforce CRM
- Manage customer queries related to renewals promptly and effectively
- Conduct weekly forecast calls with internal management
- Review renewal quotes for accuracy before submission
- Support customer transitions to Subscription or Cloud from Perpetual licenses
- Increase renewal value by upselling to existing accounts
- Calculate renewal offers and manage mid-term contract changes
- Prepare and send quotes to customers ensuring accurate booking
