Anforderungen
- •6+ years’ experience in a technology-related field
- •Bachelor’s Degree in a technology- or business-related field preferred
- •Familiarity with CX (industry and technology)
- •Strong ability to build relationships
- •Ability to manage/multi-task multiple actions
- •Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- •Native German language skills
- •Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- •Positive attitude and high willingness to learn
- •Leadership profile that unifies and inspires teams
- •Experience with productivity tools and CRM tools

- •Understand customers' business value drivers and success criteria
- •Develop actionable Customer Success Plans with customers
- •Advise on the adoption of product features to achieve business outcomes
- •Promote continuous growth through relevant innovation
- •Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews to track customer progress
- •Drive improvement of customer advocacy measures
- •Prepare and deliver territory plans to define account strategies
- •Collaborate with Onboarding Specialists for smooth customer introductions
- •Coordinate with Professional Services for seamless implementations
- •Work with Renewal Managers to enhance forecasting and retention
- •Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with Sales
- •Assist in driving internal strategic initiatives and improvement programs
