- Promote continuous growth through relevant innovation
- Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews to track customer progress
- Drive improvement of customer advocacy measures
- Prepare and deliver territory plans to define account strategies
- Collaborate with Onboarding Specialists for smooth customer introductions
- Coordinate with Professional Services for seamless implementations
- Work with Renewal Managers to enhance forecasting and retention
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with Sales
- Assist in driving internal strategic initiatives and improvement programs
