  • Experience with Industrials, Electronic & HighTech, MedTech, Aerospace & Defence accounts
  • Domain experience with CAD, PLM, or ALM software
  • Understanding of CAD, PLM, or ALM solution implementation
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to tailor messages for multiple audiences
  • Broad understanding of business functions and priorities
  • Ability to translate technical issues into business terms
  • Ability to translate operational issues into business value
  • Basic practical understanding of project management
  • Ability to multi-task in a matrix environment
  • Ability to coordinate activities from multiple functions

  • Work with high-visibility accounts in key industries
  • Advance PTC’s relationships with strategic customers
  • Establish and maintain partnership operating frameworks
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement for adoption and renewal
  • Collaborate with client’s executive, program, and technical teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client teams
  • Provide critical feedback to enhance customer experience
  • Identify market growth opportunities
  • Contribute to account team efforts
  • React to new threats and opportunities proactively
  • Manage critical adoption programs for key accounts
  • Ensure rapid and successful adoption of acquired solutions
  • Help customers realize value from PTC solutions
