- •2+ years in Customer Success or related GTM role
- •Ability to manage a broad portfolio
- •Data-driven approach
- •Strong communication skills
- •Solid project and stakeholder management skills
- •Fluency in German
- •Motivation by ownership

- •Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 SMB accounts across DACH
- •Guide customers from onboarding to renewal with an outcome-driven approach
- •Combine structured onboarding with automated lifecycle touchpoints
- •Provide focused human support through personal kickoffs, webinars, and office hours
- •Build reporting and operational visibility in Planhat
- •Define triggers, health metrics, and signals for proactive action
- •Identify and quickly address adoption gaps with content and process improvements
- •Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales to enhance workflows and product features
- •Create a repeatable customer success journey for scalability to larger segments
