Customer Success Manager - French(m/w/x)
Guiding manufacturers through supply chain sustainability programs and compliance. 3+ years in customer success or consulting required. Vacation increases with tenure, corporate bonus.
Anforderungen
- Excellent oral and written communication in French and English
- Clear, concise, and tactful communication
- Additional languages are an asset
- Minimum 3 years related work experience in customer success, project management, and/or consulting roles, or equivalent/transferrable field
- Working knowledge of consultative customer management and/or project management
- Experience in technology/SaaS and/or Professional Services organization is an asset
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency in pivot tables and lookup functions
Aufgaben
- Deliver services to customers on purchased programs
- Define and execute project plans with customers
- Nurture lasting customer relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Define compliance programs from start to finish
- Execute tasks with Program Support teams for client milestones
- Manage client relationships and account lifetime value
- Help clients realize economic value of subscriptions
- Preserve and grow revenue
- Manage assigned book of business
- Oversee Customer Health and performance metrics
- Lead strategic planning sessions with customers
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews
- Align solutions to customer challenges
- Optimize business value
- Increase product adoption
- Conduct program reviews to understand needs and gaps
- Proactively anticipate and support client tasks
- Analyze program results and supply chain responsiveness
- Identify program strategies and improvement opportunities
- Identify client goals and success metrics
- Ensure quality product configuration during implementation
- Conduct regular progress check-ins with Professional Services
- Support Sales team in renewal management
- Meet renewal targets
- Take on special projects to enhance customer success processes
- Serve as a peer partner to new team members
- Coordinate user permissions in the Assent platform
- Advocate and collaborate with internal groups for client success
- Ensure client growth
- Create strong customer references and referrals
- Consult with clients on program direction using regulatory knowledge
- Identify and drive improvements in product offerings
- Identify and drive improvements in processes, systems, and tools
- Input and maintain client communications in CRM
- Follow corporate security policies and procedures
