Aufgaben

  • Drive customer acquisition in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Develop and execute sales-led growth strategies with an outbound focus
  • Collaborate with Regional and Global Sales Leadership to implement effective sales strategies across Europe
  • Hire and manage a high-performing team of Account Executives in Germany, France, and the UK
  • Mentor new Account Executives on product knowledge, buyer personas, competition, and tools
  • Define and manage monthly and quarterly sales objectives
  • Build internal metrics for detailed visibility into sales performance
  • Measure and manage the sales pipeline with accurate forecasts
  • Drive sales cycles for critical wins and close high-visibility deals
  • Foster a positive team culture of collaboration and trust
  • Work with Marketing to execute demand generation activities
  • Implement and improve processes and tools to support sales activities
