- •Drive customer acquisition in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- •Develop and execute sales-led growth strategies with an outbound focus
- •Collaborate with Regional and Global Sales Leadership to implement effective sales strategies across Europe
- •Hire and manage a high-performing team of Account Executives in Germany, France, and the UK
- •Mentor new Account Executives on product knowledge, buyer personas, competition, and tools
- •Define and manage monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- •Build internal metrics for detailed visibility into sales performance
- •Measure and manage the sales pipeline with accurate forecasts
- •Drive sales cycles for critical wins and close high-visibility deals
- •Foster a positive team culture of collaboration and trust
- •Work with Marketing to execute demand generation activities
- •Implement and improve processes and tools to support sales activities
