Regional Sales Manager(m/w/x)
Acquiring new B2B customers for employee benefits and engagement solutions. 7+ years B2B new customer acquisition and complex sales process experience required. Autonomy in client acquisition, collaborative campaign development.
Anforderungen
- 7+ years of experience in sales management
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in Berlin or a comparable sales territory
- Hands-on mentality, high self-motivation, and a clear hunter mindset, result oriented
- Experience in acquiring new customers and managing complex sales processes
- Experience in sales forecasting and budgeting, sales performance management, sales process optimization and sales strategy development
- Strong communication skills, confidence in negotiations, and a proven ability to close deals
- Problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel within the Eastern region of Germany and regular presence at the Frankfurt office
- Proficient in Salesforce and other digital sales tools
- Fluent German is a must and good English
Aufgaben
- Drive growth and expansion in Berlin by acquiring new customers
- Expand relationships with existing contacts
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Execute sales campaigns targeting new customer segments
- Process lead lists and develop targeted campaigns with Marketing and Inside Sales
- Focus on core products while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Attend trade fairs, events, and industry gatherings to expand the network
- Coordinate closely with the central sales team and attend meetings in Frankfurt
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify emerging customer needs
