Regional Sales Manager(m/w/x)
Selling complex engineered water treatment systems to German municipal and industrial clients. 5-10 years B2B technical sales experience required. Company car for private use, 6 weeks vacation.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 5–10 years direct B2B technical or solution-based sales experience
- Preferred background in municipal water treatment, UV disinfection, environmental, or industrial process technology
- Proven experience selling complex, engineered systems with long sales cycles
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Availability to travel around 50% of the time
Aufgaben
- Drive profitable sales growth in assigned German territory
- Engage directly with end customers
- Own customer relationships
- Develop opportunity strategy
- Execute commercial strategy
- Manage long-cycle sales opportunities
- Execute direct sales strategy for territory
- Develop key customer relationships
- Manage key customer relationships with municipalities, EPCs, consultants, and system integrators
- Lead complex sales opportunities
- Manage sales pipeline
- Manage sales forecasting
- Manage opportunity data in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Coordinate internal teams for deal strategy
- Coordinate internal teams for pricing
- Coordinate internal teams for deal execution
- Represent Trojan & Aquafides Technologies in customer meetings
- Represent Trojan & Aquafides Technologies in site visits
- Represent Trojan & Aquafides Technologies in industry events
