- Monitor and report key performance indicators
- Develop dashboards for data-driven decisions
- Manage strategic third-party relationships in customer service
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Support hospital tendering processes
- Oversee laboratories and field teams
- Optimize third-party costs and identify efficiency opportunities
- Lead initiatives to improve margins and cash flow
- Align procurement strategies with commercial objectives
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across EMEA operations
- Provide guidance to third-party teams including engineers and clinicians
- Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability
- Support talent development and succession planning
