Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business
- •At least 5 years of business experience in similar roles or finance
- •Experience in driving business performance management processes
- •Very good knowledge and experience in Excel and Data Analytics
- •Team oriented, analytical and highly organized
- •Results driven, confident, thrives on hard work and consistent challenges
- •Demonstrated ability to operate within a cross-functional team
- •Strong communication and influencing skills
- •Excellent English language skills, another language is a plus

- •Optimize structure expenses
- •Build blue plans outlining incremental opportunities
- •Collect and report rationale for variances and deviations
- •Provide insights on specific risks and opportunities
- •Monitor accuracy and distribution of sales reports
- •Provide KPIs for bonus calculation
- •Support monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) reviews
- •Assist with data analysis for IBP
- •Ensure compliance with Division requirements for IBP
- •Improve trends of all IBP metrics
- •Analyze problematic areas and suggest sustainable improvements
- •Review focus country portfolio and go-to-market strategies
- •Analyze sales information monthly for effectiveness
- •Assist in determining key KPIs for clarity
- •Identify issues or concerns quickly
