- Capture and challenge core assumptions
- Analyze market share trends
- Optimize structure expenses
- Build blue plans outlining incremental opportunities
- Collect and report rationale for variances and deviations
- Provide insights on specific risks and opportunities
- Monitor accuracy and distribution of sales reports
- Provide KPIs for bonus calculation
- Support monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) reviews
- Assist with data analysis for IBP
- Ensure compliance with Division requirements for IBP
- Improve trends of all IBP metrics
- Analyze problematic areas and suggest sustainable improvements
- Review focus country portfolio and go-to-market strategies
- Analyze sales information monthly for effectiveness
- Assist in determining key KPIs for clarity
- Identify issues or concerns quickly
