- Share best practices and execute mitigation activities
- Facilitate activities with regional and area stakeholders
- Support and maintain area-specific tools
- Align tools with global standardized support systems
- Monitor and follow up on business levers
- Optimize asset management across regions
- Support commercial processes to ensure strategic alignment
- Execute monthly IBP commercial management processes
- Provide transparency for acquisition and opportunity plans
- Coordinate with sales leadership, marketing, and service teams
- Assist in product management and commercial enablement
- Manage customer conversion and demand activities
- Report on monthly business and market dynamics
- Identify opportunities and vulnerabilities to mitigate risks
- Communicate key decisions and action items
- Coordinate improvement plans with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor metrics to ensure flawless execution
- Apply Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement processes
