Anforderungen
- Extensive experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Operations, or Commercial Strategy in international/global context
- Proven leadership experience in Commercial Excellence and commercial transformation within global pharma or medtech
- Success partnering with senior leadership and executive teams to influence strategic direction and decisions
- Strong foundation in commercial performance management, analytics, CRM/digital enablement, and financial insight
- Ability to operate effectively across cultures, markets, and complex organizational structures
- Strategic, analytical, and impact-oriented leadership style to drive change and alignment
- Excellent communication skills to translate complexity into clear, actionable executive insights
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
