- Design, develop, deploy, and measure EMEAP commercial training programs
- Lead key initiatives on clinical and product knowledge
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires
- Create practical, scalable, and embedded training solutions
- Translate strategic capability frameworks into learning journeys
- Coordinate training execution across countries, trainers, vendors, and platforms
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence, Marketing, and Affiliate teams
- Act as the primary operational interface for EMEAP training
- Influence stakeholders to ensure training adoption
- Define and track training effectiveness metrics
- Continuously improve content, delivery methods, and learning journeys
- Ensure training remains relevant and aligned to business needs
- Manage and optimize the LMS for EMEAP
- Participate in strategic discussions and initiatives
- Support strategic pilots and transformations
