- Integrate DE&I strategy into TA processes
- Participate in continuous TA model improvement
- Organize and plan regional school activities
- Participate in regional school partnerships
- Identify relevant universities and schools
- Build and maintain regional talent pipeline
- Participate in OPmobility Employer Branding
- Promote OP image on career site and social media
- Develop innovative employer branding strategies
- Improve communication with external candidates
