- Act as a brand ambassador
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements
- Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews
- Manage immediate and long-term candidate pipelines
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience
- Deliver and track recruitment KPIs
- Develop creative sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Drive personnel marketing and employer branding initiatives
