- Support Talent Acquisition operations in recruiting, branding, and programs.
- Manage engaging job postings on relevant platforms.
- Manage the career inbox.
- Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates.
- Plan and organize monthly onboarding events for new colleagues.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting.
- Complete various ad-hoc tasks.
- Support Talent Programs.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives for process improvement.
- Support university marketing activities end-to-end.
- Optimize and evaluate offboarding processes for interns and students.
- Suggest improvements for recruiting, candidate journey, and workflows.
