- Three years of selling experience
- Knowledge of HPE’s storage solutions
- Experience in developing customer relationships
- Ability to anticipate partner needs
- Specialist level account management skills
- Track record in channel management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Innovative and proactive mindset
- Proficient usage of CRM systems
- Business fluent German and English
- Accountability and active learning skills
Aufgaben
- Serve as a trusted advisor and storage expert for assigned partners
- Build mutually beneficial partner relationships to grow market share
- Drive storage revenues and profitability through joint GTM activities
- Implement data-driven sales efforts with partners
- Qualify and review new leads to close sales opportunities
- Coordinate with partners and outside sales for smooth transactions
- Manage company resources to support partner missions
- Communicate solution value to differentiate from competitors
- Build targeted sales pipelines and forecast data-driven activities
- Lead partner education, business planning, and client engagements
