  • Strong experience in mechanic, electrics, or fittings
  • Experience managing blue collars in manufacturing
  • Ability to detect, report, and correct non-conformities
  • Familiar with report writing (accurate, straight to point)

Aufgaben

  • Assist and support small groups of mechanics, fitters, or electricians
  • Guarantee communication between the Team Leader and the team
  • Ensure management instructions are followed
  • Support the Team Leader's actions
  • Plan and distribute workload effectively
  • Adhere to and enforce internal and customer procedures
  • Fill in KPIs and daily work package reports
  • Encourage daily and weekly team meetings
  • Enforce FOD and security rules
  • Propose corrective actions
  • Monitor and control tools and materials
  • Maintain discipline within the team
  • Report deviations to the Team Leader
  • Ensure proper handover between teams
  • Manage team member requests
  • Document work orders and maintain tool cleanliness
