Managing blue-collar teams in aviation manufacturing for Airbus Group clients. 4+ years experience in Airbus activities and blue-collar management required. HVV Proficard contribution.

Anforderungen

  • Knowledge of aeronautical environment (security, safety, quality)
  • Strong experience in Airbus activities (4 years minimum)
  • Experience in blue-collar management (manufacturing)
  • Familiarity with MS Office, SAP, Airbus internal tools
  • Knowledge of follow-up tools (TLB, QLB)
  • Customer-oriented approach (listening, support, timely delivery)
  • Ability to detect, report, correct non-conformities
  • Familiarity with accurate, concise report writing
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • Management skills
  • Proactivity and anticipation
  • Scheduling and priority setting
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Dynamic and flexible nature

Aufgaben

  • Prepare, organize, and manage human resources
  • Manage activity planning
  • Distribute workload effectively
  • Communicate and set team objectives
  • Ensure adherence to internal and customer procedures
  • Fill in key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Submit daily work package reports to supervisors and customers
  • Encourage daily SQCDP meetings
  • Encourage weekly team meetings
  • Ensure application of FOD and security rules
  • Propose corrective actions
  • Monitor and control tools, materials, and vehicles
  • Maintain team discipline
  • Report standard and discipline deviations to the manager
  • Secure proper shift handovers
  • Manage team member requests
  • Ensure operational surveillance
  • Ensure proper work order documentation in SAP and Redmine
  • Ensure cleanliness of tools
