Anforderungen
- Knowledge of aeronautical environment (security, safety, quality measures)
- Minimum 5 years' experience as Quality Inspector
- Strong experience with Airbus aircraft inspection (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural)
- Experience reading technical documentation (drawings, manuals)
- Familiarity with MS Office, SAP, Airbus internal tools (Zamiz, Tandem, ACPnG, IBM)
- Knowledge of follow-up tools (TLB, QLB)
- Customer-oriented approach (listening, support, timely delivery)
- Familiarity with measurement tools (Voltmeter, multimeter, gapgun)
- Ability to detect, report, and correct non-conformities
- Familiarity with accurate, concise report writing
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with QHSE procedures
- Fluent English (B2 level)

Aufgaben
- Monitor achievements
- Coordinate compliance inspections
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage quality inspectors
- Provide support to clients
- Establish provisional forecasts
- Plan weekly attendance and absences to ensure staffing
- Establish and manage follow-up for aircraft non-conformities
- Transmit non-conformity follow-up to the Sector Leader
- Coordinate technical, material, and human resources for quality
- Provide accurate follow-up of quality activities to customers
- Improve product quality control and client services based on quality management follow-up
- Track quality documentation
- Follow up on Time-Savings Accounts (TSA) and overtime using HR tools
- Validate monthly timesheets
- Send validated timesheets to payroll management
- Ensure communication between management and the team
- Participate in meetings with client RQS
