Aufgaben
- Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Serve as key contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Showcase employee qualifications to customers
- Identify and resolve operational anomalies
- Implement preventive measures
- Support quality management system maintenance and enhancement
- Monitor operational projects
- Participate in tender meetings
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Manage SAP access and employee ID documentation for Airbus sites
- Plan and track training sessions with HR
- Ensure proper use and training for competence management tool
- Conduct technical and safety-related training
- Attend quarterly ASA meetings and workplace inspections
- Monitor risk assessments and operating instructions
- Organize occupational health checks and safety training
- Act as focal point for customer quality complaints
- Participate in and conduct internal and external audits
- Evaluate technical, material, and human needs
- Evaluate team needs
- Evaluate workload
- Manage time effectively
- Optimize meetings
- Apply and ensure health and safety rules
