Manufacturing Engineering-Technical Support(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Completed technical training (certified technician) or studies in Engineering/Aviation Engineering (bachelor degree)
• At least 2 years professional experience in Airbus environment
• Knowledge of aeronautical environment
• General knowledge of aeronautical technology
• Proficiency in English (aeronautical techniques)
• Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel, Access)
• Knowledge of SAP, Zamiz, SSi, Trend software
• Knowledge of health and safety rules
• Knowledge of environmental ISO 14001 standard
• Accuracy, Team-player, Structured approach
• Flexibility and willingness to work in 2-shift system

Aufgaben

• Provide technical assistance and solutions to the production team
• Manage technical workflows (SAP, TLB, QLB, RFA)
• Analyze technical issues
• Create work orders for rework or concessions
• Add technical content to work orders (instruction sheets, tools, parts)
• Duplicate quality non-conformities for logistics activities
• Provide valid documentation (DQN, concessions, drawings, sketches)
• Translate technical documentation (SOI, MET)
• Find equivalent parts and tools
• Create and update NC, TLB, and QLB workflows based on technical solutions
• Transfer work orders to the appropriate production team
• Initiate manufacturing of specific parts
• Update the technical database
• Prepare for and participate in meetings
