  • 3+ years application development, AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data science
  • 3+ years designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex software or ML applications at enterprise scale

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Mathematics and 3+ years professional experience, or 7+ years professional experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience with Palantir tools, such as Foundry
  • Experience with Full-Stack application development for deploying ML models
  • Experience with distributed data or computing tools, including Databricks
  • Experience working on real-time data, streaming applications, or AI model deployment
  • Knowledge of U.S. Joint Force Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) or Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) combat systems, data architectures, Command and Control, and IAMD information concepts
  • Security investigation and eligibility for classified information access; TS/SCI clearance required

  • Advise clients on data meaning and application for planning and decision-making.
  • Help leaders understand and display trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support client and stakeholder relationships using data analytics.
  • Research, develop, and test data methodologies.
  • Generate cross-functional solutions by collecting, cleaning, interpreting, evaluating, integrating, and analyzing data.
  • Guide rapid decision-making for IAMD planners, analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Service components to institute common operational pictures.
  • Provide real-time data-driven information for rapid assessments and decision-making.
  • Simplify technical requirements, data trends, and findings for audiences.
  • Present data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Apply data visualization using various formats.
  • Create data-centric solutions across the IAMD enterprise.
  • Drive large-scale decisions through IAMD data insights.
