Administrator Charge Points(m/w/x)
In this role, you will be the go-to person for customers and service providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues while optimizing processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing invoices and supporting innovative projects in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
Anforderungen
- Completion of commercial or technical vocational training program or university degree
- Positive attitude and strong customer orientation
- Demonstrated initiative and dependable, professional manner
- Structured work approach and ability to maintain overview in dynamic environment
- Very good German and English skills
- Basic knowledge of Polish and/or Czech
- Technical knowledge, preferably in construction industry or electrical engineering
Aufgaben
- Serve as the main contact for customers, drivers, and service providers in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic
- Handle customer inquiries in a friendly and competent manner
- Maintain close communication with customers via phone and email
- Independently resolve customer issues using internal expert networks
- Process and review incoming and outgoing customer invoices efficiently
- Provide operational support for the Roaming @work project
- Continuously develop and optimize existing processes
- Improve workflows and software structure with your input
- Use and maintain data in SAP and MS Office diligently
- Work within a modern Microsoft Dynamics environment and utilize various tools for tracking and prioritizing tasks
