- Implement the European eMobility strategy
- Organize appointments, trainings, and technical events
- Ensure transparent information flow with stakeholders
- Optimize customer care processes and workflows
- Lead technical and organizational project initiatives
- Research market information to improve service quality
- Manage ticketing, monitoring, and backend systems
- Analyze KPIs and technical reports
- Perform diagnostics and resolve AC charging errors
- Coordinate with hardware manufacturers and suppliers
- Advise on standard products and installation topics
- Support AC charger configuration and technical requirements
- Conduct technical trainings for internal and external groups
