- Extensive enterprise SaaS sales experience (B2B tech)
- Excellent English and German communication/presentation skills
- End-to-end sales process experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen
- B2B enterprise sales experience (manufactory, automotive, aerospace, construction, machinery, chemicals, logistics)
- Applied Land and Expand strategy
- Clear understanding of carbon emissions business
- Strong desire to achieve net-zero mission
- Climate tech industry experience (plus)
- Success generating revenue and sales pipeline
- Ability to collect and analyze market/competitor data
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Self-motivation and target-driven
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Individual task and project management

- Drive growth in Pharma & MedTech in DACH region
- Acquire new clients and expand market base
- Navigate complex sales cycles
- Research potential new leads
- Utilize network to open accounts
- Stay updated on carbon management industry developments
- Build trust with leads and customers
- Turn conversations into lasting relationships
- Listen to client challenges and provide tailored solutions
- Lead presentations and demonstrations
- Navigate Enterprise SaaS sales process efficiently
- Develop strategy for contacting and acquiring clients
- Use LinkedIn and other platforms for outreach
- Phone, email, or meet clients in person
- Collaborate with Revenue department to align offerings
- Maintain transparency in sales pipeline
- Update CRM system with administrative tasks
- Establish cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- Work in Berlin or Munich
- Help organizations reduce carbon emissions
