- Extensive enterprise SaaS sales experience (B2B tech)
- Excellent English and German communication/presentation skills
- End-to-end sales process experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen
- B2B enterprise sales experience (manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, machinery, chemicals, logistics)
- Applied Land and Expand strategy
- Clear understanding of carbon emissions business
- Strong desire to achieve net-zero mission
- Climate tech industry experience (strong plus)
- Demonstrated success generating revenue and sales pipeline
- Ability to collect and analyze market/competitor data
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Self-motivation
- Motivation by targets, goals, OKRs/KPIs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Ability to manage tasks and projects individually

- Stay informed on carbon management industry trends
- Build trust and lasting relationships with leads
- Provide value-driven sales solutions
- Lead client presentations and demonstrations
- Navigate Enterprise SaaS sales process efficiently
- Develop strategies for client acquisition
- Contact prospects via LinkedIn, phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with Revenue department to align offerings
- Maintain transparency in sales pipeline
- Update CRM system with sales activities
- Foster cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- Work in Berlin or Munich with global organizations
