- Enterprise sales experience with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills for articulating complex ideas to C-level executives
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Fluency in English and additional languages
- Valid working permit in Germany
Aufgaben
- Drive revenue growth to meet ambitious targets
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Engage with prospective customers to assess their sustainability strategies
- Collaborate with the Solutions team to create high-quality carbon portfolios
- Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions
- Ensure customers achieve net-zero goals and maximize product value
- Partner with Marketing to enhance campaigns that generate leads
- Attend conferences and travel to meet clients and build brand awareness
