- Enterprise B2B sales experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and long sales cycles
- Pipeline building ability
- Strong connections in North American market
- Fluency in North American market understanding of enterprise buying decisions
- Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, supply chain, or industrial sectors
- Credible communication with procurement directors and CFOs on carbon data
- Comfort operating in a startup environment
- Proactive playbook building
- Based in Germany (Munich or Berlin)
- Willingness to travel to North America
- Fluent English
- Additional languages a bonus
Aufgaben
- Generate pipeline by prospecting and qualifying leads
- Identify and target emissions-intensive industries
- Manage full-cycle enterprise sales from outreach to contract
- Conduct discovery and multi-stakeholder negotiations
- Close complex deals and secure contracts
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrate expertise in sustainability and supply chain
- Engage procurement leads, CFOs, and sustainability directors
- Support new customers during onboarding
- Ensure early success and long-term retention
- Gather and share market intelligence
- Report on regulatory shifts and competitor movements
- Identify and communicate prospect pain points
