- Success in transactional/high-velocity and consultative/enterprise sales
- Experience selling into German market, ideally manufacturing, industrial, or operational software
- Familiarity with German SMEs buying culture (strong advantage)
- Experience selling solutions with multiple modules or complex operational workflows (strong advantage)
- Strong discovery skills, uncovering business pain through curiosity
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding revenue targets, owning full sales cycle
- Familiarity with MEDDIC sales qualification methodologies, applied in SaaS
- Familiarity with Challenger methodology, ability to teach, tailor, control sales motions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, engaging/influencing all levels
- Credibility and confidence with senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong bias toward action and ownership
- Highly organized and disciplined in managing mixed sales pipeline
- Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments with high autonomy
- Energy for quick wins and long-term value creation
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools

Aufgaben
- Build GelatoConnect's presence in DACH
- Engage print producers in key hubs
- Own the full sales cycle for both products
- Drive outbound prospecting into priority accounts
- Convert inbound demand efficiently
- Apply Challenger-led approach for AI Estimator deals
- Close AI Estimator deals in 10-20 days
- Lead consultative discovery for GelatoConnect deals
- Engage commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Manage 3-6 month sales cycles for GelatoConnect deals
- Rigorously apply MEDDIC qualification
- Design tailored solutions for complex customer needs
- Articulate tailored solutions to customers
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Manage procurement and approvals on enterprise deals
- Identify cross-sell opportunities
- Build pathways from AI Estimator to GelatoConnect engagement
- Collaborate with Product, Solutions, and Leadership on strategic deals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Manage mixed pipeline of transactional and strategic deals
- Provide accurate forecasting for all deals
- Maintain CRM hygiene for pipeline visibility and insights
- Utilize AI tools to enhance sales processes and speed
- Provide frontline feedback for go-to-market improvement
