- Collaborate with internal teams on localized approaches
- Provide feedback on the German market to improve products and sales
- Source and qualify leads for pipeline development
- Conduct qualification calls to assess fit
- Maintain the pipeline to meet revenue targets
- Use data to prioritize prospects
- Mentor and support existing SDRs
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Deliver value-focused product demos
- Create proposals and manage negotiations
- Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding handovers
- Build relationships with key German e-commerce brands
- Become a trusted advisor to prospects and clients
- Represent Bigblue at German industry events
- Promote Bigblue's success stories as a brand evangelist
