Anforderungen

  • 5+ years experience managing complex sales cycles
  • Proven ability to close complex multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong executive presence and influence skills
  • Advanced discovery, negotiation, value-based selling skills

  • Strong logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain experience (preferred)

  • Develop compelling value narratives.
  • Create robust business cases.
  • Build solution roadmaps.
  • Own end-to-end deal strategy.
  • Map stakeholders for opportunities.
  • Define deal decision criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive close plans.
  • Lead advanced commercial negotiations.
  • Manage pricing strategies.
  • Oversee contract agreements.
  • Structure non-standard deals.
  • Orchestrate internal stakeholders to progress deals.
  • Own the customer onboarding process.
