Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- •Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development within logistics or freight forwarding
- •Proven track record in developing new business and managing key accounts within the DACH region
- •Experience with tender management, pricing models, and contract negotiations in B2B logistics
- •Familiarity with international logistics processes (Road, Air, Ocean, Rail) and related customer requirements
- •Fluency in English and German; additional language skills welcome
- •Solid understanding of international transport and logistics operations
- •Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- •Ability to present complex logistics solutions in a clear and compelling way
