- Preferred German proficiency for business communication, contract interpretation, and policy consultation
- At least 2 years overseas new energy business experience
- In-depth familiarity with energy storage products, PV modules/inverters, lithium batteries, system integration
- Preferred energy storage business experience in Germany or German-speaking regions
- Successful German market development experience
- Familiarity with local new energy market characteristics and competitive landscape
- Ability to formulate regional sales strategies
- Strong market analysis, demand judgment, and risk avoidance capabilities
- Mature working methods
- Strong pressure resistance and execution ability
- Adaptability to long-term residence in Germany and business trips
- Good professional ethics
