Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Proficiency in English (working language)
  • Preferred German proficiency for business communication, contract interpretation, and policy consultation
  • At least 2 years overseas new energy business experience
  • In-depth familiarity with energy storage products, PV modules/inverters, lithium batteries, system integration
  • Preferred energy storage business experience in Germany or German-speaking regions
  • Successful German market development experience
  • Familiarity with local new energy market characteristics and competitive landscape
  • Ability to formulate regional sales strategies
  • Strong market analysis, demand judgment, and risk avoidance capabilities
  • Mature working methods
  • Strong pressure resistance and execution ability
  • Adaptability to long-term residence in Germany and business trips
  • Good professional ethics
  • Meticulous and rigorous work attitude
  • Outstanding learning ability
  • Adaptability to company product characteristics and EU compliance
