- Execute the regional Institutional Sales Strategy
- Interpret market intelligence to refine targeting plans
- Deliver tailored presentations to strategic stakeholders
- Maintain long-term relationships through regular engagement
- Advise clients to ensure retention and expansion
- Resolve non-technical issues to improve client experience
- Collect client insights to influence product development
- Conduct targeted user training sessions as required
- Provide strategic input into commercial sales tactics
- Foster strong internal and external market collaboration
