- •Leadership experience in account management, sales, or related fields
- •Proven success in developing and implementing market and customer strategies
- •Experience managing complex projects and working with multiple stakeholders
- •Strong analytical, communication, and strategic skills
- •Experience in change management and leading transformation processes
- •Excellent knowledge of the banking and payment industry and the German market
- •Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
