Expanding digital payment solutions for cooperative banks in Germany at global payment tech provider. Revenue management and P&L accounting experience required. Frequent client travel within Germany.
Anforderungen
- Proven success in customer/sales roles
- Proven experience in revenue management and profit and loss accounting
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- High self-motivation and proactivity
- Expertise in the commercial card solutions industry
- Experience in identifying strategic opportunities and managing multiple stakeholder projects
- Experience in banking and/or payments, ideally within the Cooperative Financial Group
- Native German language is a mandatory requirement

- Expand success in the German market
- Develop and manage customer relationships
- Enhance customer profitability and competitive leverage
- Grow partnerships with customers
- Identify new business opportunities in cooperative banks
- Promote digitization within cooperative banks in Germany
- Optimize existing business and tailor products to client needs
- Support annual and long-term planning processes
- Contribute to customer growth strategies for payment business
- Manage budgets and financial performance to meet targets
- Act as the primary contact between Mastercard and customers
- Ensure strategic alignment and mutual success
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels
- Develop sales strategies for regional customers
- Achieve sales targets to drive market share and revenue growth
- Lead existing customer relationships and identify needs
- Provide tailored solutions and consultancy support
- Manage sales activities at the account level
- Adhere to Mastercard's security policies and practices
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information
- Report any suspected information security violations
- Complete mandatory security training as required
